GF27.60-P-5142ACW Command Valve, Component Description
GF27.60-P-5142ACW Command valve, component description
- TRANSMISSION 722.618/640/646/695/699
Component Identification:
Location
A command valve belongs to each shift group. The command valve 1 - 2 or 4 - 5 (31a) and command valve 2 - 3 (31b) are located in the valve body of the valve body assembly (2b). The command valve 3 - 4 (31c) is located in the valve housing of the valve body assembly (2a).
Task
The command valves (31a, 31b, 31c) switch the shift group from the stationary phase into the shifting phase and back.
Component Identification:
Design
Shown here, command valve (31) stationary phase (multidisk brake B1 (21) engaged, multidisk clutch K1 (24) disengaged)
Component Identification:
Design
Shown here, command valve (31) shift phase (multidisk brake B1 (21) disengaged, multidisk clutch K1 (24) engaged)
Function
When the end face is unpressurized (steady-state phase) the working pressure (p-A) is led to the shift element operated.
If shift valve pressure (p-SV) is applied to the end face of the command valve (31) (shift phase), the shift pressure (p-S) is switched through to the engaging element and the overlap pressure (p-U) is switched through to the disengaging element.
