Exterior Mirror Dimming Nonfunctional

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the automatic dimming feature is non functional in the left side exterior mirror but functions normally in the interior rearview mirror, this may be due to the overhead control panel not being coded correctly. To resolve, change version coding "Inside rearview mirror (automatically dimming)" to "Present" via Star Diagnosis menu path: Control units -> Body -> OCP Overhead control panel -> Control unit adaptations -> Read coding and change if necessary.
