Switching glove compartment lamp on
The glove compartment illumination with switch (E13/2) is switched on via the integral switch when the glove compartment is opened.

Switching off the glove compartment lamp:
^ By closing the glove compartment.
^ Automatically 15 minutes after the interior CAN has gone onto standby.This function is irrespective of the rain/light sensor (B38/2) and door contact status.

Switching on again after automatic switch-off
If the glove compartment illumination with switch (E13/2) was switched off automatically after 15 minutes via the interior CAN, then it is only switched on again when the interior CAN has been activated, for example, by opening a door.
