GF80.20-P-3010Q Opening Trunk Lid With Remote Control Key, Function
GF80.20-P-3010Q Opening Trunk Lid With Remote Control Key, Function
- with CODE (881b) Remote trunk locking (RTL)
Component Identification:
Open trunk lid with remote control key (A8/1)
Requirements
^ Terminal 30,
^ System synchronized,
^ Speed = 0 km/h,
^ Trunk lid not locked mechanically.
Operating procedure
1 When the button "Open trunk lid" is actuated the remote control key (A8/1) transmits a signal via radio. This is relayed by the amplifier module 1, window antenna (A2/71) to the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2). This relays the signal to the EIS control module (N73) via CAN class B bus for checking.
2 The EIS control module (N73) transmits the signal "Unlock trunk lid lock" to the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) via the CAN class B bus. This actuates the trunk lid CL motor (M14/7) to unlock the trunk lid lock
3 The signal "Trunk lid lock open" of the trunk lid rotary tumbler microswitch (S17/8) is transmitted to the RTL control module (N121) by the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) via the CAN class B bus.
4 The RTL control module (N121) actuates the trunk lid drive motor (M15/2).
The value from the trunk lid opening angle recognition sensor (B24/16) allows the RTL control module (N121) to recognize the end position of the trunk lid.
5 The RTL control module (N121) actuates the motor for the trunk lid power locking unit (6) until the striker eye is in the lower end position.
The lower end position is recognized by the power locking switch (S88/14).
Actuation of the trunk lid can always be terminated by actuating any control point. The interrupted procedure can be continued by actuating again
Lock-up recognition:
Lock-up is recognized when the value of the trunk lid opening angle recognition sensor (B24/16) does not change during actuation of the trunk lid drive motor (M15/2)
In this case the actuation is interrupted and the trunk lid remains its momentary position.
