GF82.10-P-3002Q Low-Beams Actuation, Function
- except CODE (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit
- except CODE (615) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated curve illumination
Component Identification:
Function requirements:
^ Circuit 15R ON
^ Rotary light switch (S1s1) in "Driving lamps ON" position
Function
The position of the rotary light switch (S1s1) in the light switch module (S1) is read in voltage-coded by the front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1) via a discrete line. Via discrete line, the front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1) actuates the following lamps:
^ Left low beam (E1e2)
^ Left standing and parking lamp (E1e3)
^ Right low beam (E2e2)
^ Right standing and parking lamp (E2e3)
^ Left front side-marker lamp (United States of America) (E6/1)
^ Right front side-marker lamp (United States of America) (E6/2)
The request for actuating the lighting is forwarded as a message via the Controller Area Network bus class B (interior) (CAN-B) to the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2). Via a discrete line, the rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2) actuates the following lamps:
^ Taillamp and left parking lamp (E3e2)
^ Left front fog lamp and taillamp (E3e5)
^ Taillamp and right parking lamp (E4e2)
^ Right rear fog lamp and taillamp (E4e5)
^ Left rear side-marker lamp (United States of America) (E6/3)
^ Right rear right rear side-marker lamp (United States of America) (E6/4)
