N10/11 Passenger-side SAM control unit

Location
The passenger-side SAM control unit is located on the back of the passenger-side foot plate.

Task
The passenger-side SAM control unit serves to exchange data and is connected to the Controller Area Network bus Class B (interior) (CAN-B).
The passenger-side SAM control unit reads in the following switches, actuates their function, switch and controls illumination if applicable, and switches the following relays and consumers via semiconductor switches.

Controlling
- Right front exterior lights
- Actuation of left fanfare horn (H2) and right fanfare horn (H2/1)
- Coolant circulation pump (M13) for residual heat
