Pushing off

Component Identification:

1 Unscrew self-locking nut from supporting joint (7) on steering knuckle (5).
2 Attach thrust piece (07a).
3 Use puller (07) to press out supporting joint (7).
4 Remove puller (07) and thrust piece (07a).

Install
5 Clean tapered connection.

The cone and thread must be free of grease and oil.

6 Tighten self-locking nut on supporting joint.

Replace self-locking nut.
