Location
The digital TV tuner is screwed to a bracket at the left side of the trunk.

Task
The digital TV tuner has the following tasks:
^ Reading in digital
^ TV signals
^ Evaluating input factors
^ Output of output values
^ Exchange of control commands and transfer of audio signals and data for the auxiliary TV services (e.g. videotext, DVB-T data services)

Reading in digital TV signals
The input factors are read in with the following connections:
- Power supply via circuit 31 and circuit 30g over one direct Output line each
- Electronic wake-up for Media Oriented System Transport (MOST) via one direct line
- Antennas for reception of digital TV signals
- Digital TV signals via:

- TV 1 and TV 2 antenna (model 211.0, 219)
- Left antenna amplifier module (A2/64)

- TV 3 and TV 4 antenna (model 211.0, 219)
- Right antenna amplifier module (A2/65)

- TV 1 and TV 2 antenna (model 211.2)
- Right antenna amplifier module (A2/65)

- TV 3 and TV 4 antenna (model 211.2)
- Window antenna amplifier module 2 (A2/72)

Evaluation of input factors
The amplified TV signals are evaluated internally and separated into video and audio signals.

Output of output values
The output values are output via the following connection:
- Control/power supply antenna amplifier
- Y/C line (video output)
