AN82.85-P-0001-01TTZ Retrofitting Navigation Processor In Trunk

1 On vehicles without Trailer hitch (Code 550)
- Undo nut (1) from bracket of rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module.
- Fit bracket (2) onto stud and fasten in place using nuts (1).







All vehicles
2 Push navigation processor (N41/1) into control unit bracket (4) until the catches can be heard to engage (see arrow and detail).







3 Fit control unit bracket (4) with navigation processor (N41/1) on guides (see arrows) of bracket for rear SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/2).

4 Connect the navigation processor coupling (12), MOST coupling (8) and GPS navigation processor coupling (9) to the navigation processor (N41/1).

The connectors are coded to prevent misconnection.







5 Push control unit bracket (4) with navigation processor (N41/1) into guide for bracket (2) as far as the stop.
6 Fasten control unit bracket (4) onto bracket (2) using bolt (5).
