Wiper and Washer Systems: Service and Repair

AR82.30-P-6400T Remove/Install Wiper System







DANGER:
- Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism
- Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

1 Remove water collector
2 Disconnect ground cable of battery
3 Unscrew bolt (2) at bracket of wiper system (1)

Bolt, wiper system to partition wait
- 11 N.m (Model 211.0)
- 10 N.m (Model 211.2)

4 Unscrew nuts (3) at wiper system (1)

Nut/bolt, wiper system to body
- 19 N.m (Model 211.0)
- 20 N.m (Model 211.2)

5 Lift wiper system (1) and unplug electrical connector (4) at wiper motor
6 Remove wiper system (1)
7 Install in the reverse order
8 Check that wiper system functions correctly
