AN82.62-P-0001-05SX Remove Antenna Amplifier Wiring Harness
1 Unscrew nut from the heated rear window ground (W13) and remove heated rear window ground cable (3).
2 Disconnect black 2-pin connector (2) of center high-mounted brake lamp.
3 Disconnect black 6-pin connector of rear roller blind motor (M24x1).
Only on vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window.
4 Fold back insulation mat (1) to one side until the black 6-pin connector of the rear window antenna module is accessible (arrow A).
5 Open cable ducts (5, 7).
6 Disconnect GPS antenna connector (X39/35) or telephone antenna connector (A2/49a1x1).
7 Remove insulation tape (6) and expose vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4).
The antenna line with the red 1-pin coupling of the telephone antenna connector (A2/49a1x1) remains in the vehicle. It is not removed with the vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4).
8 Unclip vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) out of brackets (arrows D).
9 Disconnect black 6-pin roof antenna connector (X1/16).
10 Take power supply branch-off line (4.1) of vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) out of the vehicle.
11 Place vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) through the body opening (arrow C) and into the trunk.
On vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go, the KEYLESS-GO antenna line of the vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) must be exposed as far as the KEYLESS-GO control unit on the right in the trunk.
12 Detach vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) out of brackets (arrows D).
13 Disconnect KEYLESS-GO antenna line (4.2) with the blue 1-pin coupling (9) of the vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness at the KEYLESS-GO control unit (N69/5).
On vehicles with code (889) Keyless go.
14 Disconnect vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) from the E-net compensator (A28/3).
15 Remove cable tie (8) and take vehicle's own antenna amplifier module wiring harness (4) out of the vehicle.
