Rear axle center assembly housing:

Repair materials:

Component Identification:

1 Clean area around oil drain screw (50h).
2 Remove oil drain screw (50h).

The oil drain screw must be replaced.

3 Clean new oil drain screw (50h) and threaded hole in the rear axle differential with cleaning spray.

The oil drain screw and threaded hole must be free of oil and grease.

4 Coat about one droplet of sealant on the second or third lower thread of the oil drain screw (50h).
5 Screw oil drain screw (50h) into rear axle center assembly immediately and tighten to specified tightening torque.
