Switches and Controls in Rear Audio Control Unit Not Illuminating

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the rear audio control panel (N72/2) switches and controls not illuminating; however still operating normally, and after cycling the ignition off and then back on illuminating, this may be due to an incorrect operation of the control panels over-voltage protection circuit which may set a stored DTC in the system (D011: Event "the supply voltage of the control unit is too high"). To resolve, replace the rear control panel. Refer to WIS Document AR54.21-P-1266SX.
