Risk of injury to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid.
Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Component Identification:





The engine must be switched off for at least 10 minutes. Open bleed screws carefully so that the hydraulic fluid can drain out slowly to prevent the body from dropping too rapidly.

Collect hydraulic fluid which runs out in a suitable container and dispose of it.

The pressure can be relieved separately for the front axle (respective bleed screws), rear axle (respective bleed screws) or for the respective suspension strut (respective bleed screw).

1 Use the circuit's bleed screw to drain the hydraulic fluid.
