Component Identification:

Tasks (described on left front switch group)
The left front seat adjustment switch group (S91/2) can be used to electrically adjust the seat. A previously stored position can be reached via the memory button 1, 2, 3 switch (91/2s14). The memory switch (91/2s9) (using the driver seat as an example) can be used to store the following positions:
^ Seat
^ Electrically adjustable steering column [ESC]
^ both outside mirrors

Design (described on left front switch group)
The left front seat adjustment switch group (S91/2) is an integrated component and consists of individual buttons for:
^ Seat fore or aft
^ Seat height up or down
^ Seat tilt up or down
^ Backrest fore or aft
^ Head restraint up or down
^ Memory buttons

Function (described on driver seat)
By pressing:
^ the seat fore/aft switch (S91/2s1) the driver seat can be moved forward or backward.
^ the rear seat raise/lower switch (S91/2s2), the rear seat height can be adjusted.
^ the front seat raise/lower switch (S91/2s2), the front seat height can be adjusted.
^ the head restraint raise/lower switch (S91/2s4), the head restraint can be moved up or down,
^ the backrest switch (S91/2s5), the backrest inclination can be adjusted.
^ the memory button 1, 2, 3 switch, the stored settings can be called up again.
^ the memory button 1, 2, 3 switch and the memory switch, the set seat positions can be stored.
^ the memory button 1, 2, 3 switch and the memory switch, the set steering column position can also be stored.

Actuating the left front seat adjustment switch group sends the adjustment requests to the driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1), which accordingly actuates the driver seat adjustment motor group with memory (M27).

With code (433) Left dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat the air cushion settings are also stored.

Function (described on front passenger seat)
By pressing:
^ the seat fore/aft switch (S92/2s1) the front passenger seat can be moved forward or backward.
^ the rear seat raise/lower switch (S92/2s2), the rear seat height can be adjusted.
^ the front seat raise/lower switch (S92/2s2), the front seat height can be adjusted.
^ the head restraint raise/lower switch (S92/2s4) the head restraint can be moved up or down,
^ the backrest switch (S92/2s5) the backrest inclination can be adjusted.
^ the memory button 1, 2, 3 switch (S92/2s14), the stored settings can be called up again.
^ the memory button 1, 2, 3 switch (S92/2s14) and the memory switch (S92/2s9) the set seat positions can be stored.

Actuating the right front seat adjustment switch group (S92/2) transmits the adjustment requests to the passenger-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2), which accordingly actuates the front passenger seat adjustment motor group with memory (M28).
