Location
The STH fuel metering pump is located in the vicinity of the left rear wheelhouse on the floor of the vehicle.

Task
The STH fuel metering pump is a combined delivery, metering and shutoff system. Actuated by the STH control unit (A6n1), it delivers the fuel that is needed for combustion from the vehicle fuel tank to the STH heater unit (A6) and shuts the supply line off if the STH heater unit is stationary.
