The washer nozzle heater and washer nozzle hose heater prevent the washer fluid from freezing in the washer nozzles and in the washer nozzle hose

Function sequence for washer nozzle/washer nozzle hose heater
The driver-side SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1) registers the outside temperature via the outside temperature display temperature sensor (B14).
At an outside temperature of T < 5 °C, the left washer nozzle heater (R2/2), the right washer nozzle heater (R2/3) and the washer nozzle hose heater (R2/11) are switched on by the driver-side SAM control unit.
If the outside temperature increases to T > 8 °C, the washer nozzle heater and the washer nozzle hose heater are switched off by the driver-side SAM control unit.
