The cover must be installed within 5 min. after applying the adhesive material on the body, otherwise the adhesive force of adhesive material starts to decrease.

Completely press adhesive residues not required out of cartridge and dispose of. Use adapter to completely press out cartridge of 1-component repair kit Insert between cartridge piston and plate on push rod of cartridge gun.

1 Clean adhesive area on cover (1) with cleaning cloth.
The bonding area on the cover (1) must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

2 Center application nozzle over flange of cover (1) and evenly apply adhesive material in the process.
The adhesive bead (2) must be applied continuously and it must not have any interruptions. Otherwise the leaktightness and strength cannot be guaranteed.
The diameter of adhesive bead (2) must be 4 mm. In the front section, ensure that the overlap (3) is approx. 10 mm.
