The "Mercedes-Benz Contact" function uses the hands-free system (via Bluetooth) and supports the service acceptance process at the Service Center by voice communication with synchronous transfer of the vehicle data.

The "Mercedes-Benz Contact" function consists of the following subfunctions:
^ Selecting fixed, reserved telephone book entry function sequence via the buttons on the mobile phone
^ Selecting fixed, reserved telephone book entry function sequence via the telephone buttons or the keypad on the audio equipment
^ Function sequence for selection of permanently reserved phone book entry using Audio/COMAND control panel (A40/9)
^ Function sequence for selection of permanently reserved phone book entry using the left multifunction steering wheel button group (S110) and right multifunction steering wheel button group (S111)
^ Selecting fixed, reserved telephone book entry function sequence via the voice control system (VCS [SBS]) (with code (511) Audio 50 APS with DVD changer, with code (527) COMAND APS with single DVD drive (with navigation) or with code (512) COMAND APS with DVD changer)
^ Establish telephone call in handsfree mode and transmit data to the service center function sequence

- Left front door speaker
- Left front door tweeter
- Right front door speaker
- Right front door tweeter
- Left rear door speaker
- Left rear door tweeter
- Right rear door speaker
