Observe following points when retrofitting trim parts:
^ Before starting retrofitting trim parts in the passenger compartment, the corresponding covers must be provided for the flooring, seats, steering wheel, etc. to prevent them from becoming dirty.
^ Persons performing work in the vehicle interior should ensure they have clean work clothes and clean hands.
^ Do not use dirty or improper tools.
^ Always place removed parts on a clean and soft surface.
^ If, despite all precautionary measures, a component has become dirty, this part may only be cleaned using products that have been authorized by Daimler AG. When doing so, where possible, the compatibility of the cleaning agent should be tested at a concealed area of the part to be cleaned.
^ Treat florescent bulbs in ambient lights with particular care because they are brittle and can break easily.
