AR72.10-P-1950-06EC Basic Setting For Front Window


Special Tool:









Shown on model 207.3
1. Position door lining (2) on left or right front door and connect electrical connectors on driver side power window and outside mirror adjustment switch group to left front door control unit or electrical connector passenger side power window switch to right front door control unit.
2. Switch on ignition.
3. Remove adhesive pad (3, 5).
4. Move window (1) down until bolts (4, 6) are visible.
5. Remove bolts (4, 6).
6. Switch off ignition.
7. Push window (1) toward rear.







8. Glue adhesive tape (9) to window (1) as shown.
9. Push window (1) toward front.
10. Mark line along adhesive tape (9) on window guide rail with ball point pen (10).
11. Position feeler gauge (11) on window guide rail with dimension of 4 mm.
12. Push window (1) toward rear as shown until line on adhesive tape (9) and edge of feeler gauge (11) coincide.

13. Tighten bolts (4, 6).
14. Glue on new adhesive pad (3, 5)
15. Switch on ignition.
16. Move window (1) upwards.
17. Switch off ignition.
18. Disconnect electrical connectors on driver side power window and outside mirror adjustment switch group from left front door control unit or electrical connector passenger side power window switch from right front door control unit and remove door lining (2).
19. Remove adhesive tape from window (1).
20. Close front door.
