MODEL 207.3/ 4

Function requirements, general
^ Circuit 15R ON
The circuit 15 status is sent by the electronic ignition lock control unit (N73) to the instrument cluster (A1) on the chassis CAN (CAN E).

Workshop level adjustments, general
The workshop level is used by technicians in the workshop for reading out vehicle and service data and provides assistance with carrying out the service.
The "Workshop level" menu is activated as follows:
- Select "Trip" menu
- Press and hold right button of accept and end phone call button (S111s3) then press the n/ button (S110s6) within t = 1 s. Then keep both buttons pressed for t = 3 s.
The display in the multifunction display (A1p13) changes to the workshop level. By operating the scroll forward/back button (S110s1) in the left multifunction steering wheel button group (S110) you can scroll between the various menus and submenus or in different lists. Selection is then made by pressing the OK button.
The steering wheel electronics (N135) directly reads in the control signals from the multifunction steering wheel button group and sends them over the steering LIN (LIN E1) to the steering column tube module control unit (N80). The steering column tube module control unit sends them over the chassis CAN to the instrument cluster.
