AN82.62-P-0001-06SX Retrofit Antenna Amplifier Wiring Harness

AN82.62-P-0001-06SX Retrofit Antenna Amplifier Wiring Harness

1 Remove antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) out of cable ducts (2, 3).

The cable ducts (2, 3) are no longer required.

2 Strap down red 1-pin coupling (6) of antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) and wrap in felt tape (5).

The red 1-pin coupling (6) is no longer required.

3 Strap down red 1-pin antenna line connector (4), fix in place using cable tie (7) and wrap in felt tape (5).
4 Connect black 2-pin couplings (8) and white 6-pin coupling (9) of antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) to rear window antenna amplifier module (A2/12).

The slots in the black 2-pin couplings (8) are coded by means of their design and line lengths.
The red 1-pin antenna line connector (4) is no longer required.

5 Route antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) in vehicle's own cable duct (3).
6 Use black 1-pin coupling of vehicle's own antenna line (10) and black 1-pin connector of antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) to create the telephone antenna connection (A2/49a1x1).

The antenna line (10) was exposed by the preceding removal of the antenna amplifier wiring harness (1). The GPS antenna connector (X39/35) is already inserted in the antenna amplifier wiring harness (1).

7 Route antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) in cable duct (2) and continue in the direction of the rear shelf.
8 Clip antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) into brackets (arrows B).
9 Route antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) through opening (arrow A) in body and into trunk.

The black 6-pin connector (12) of the antenna amplifier wiring harness (1) remains on the rear shelf and is not routed with the others into the trunk.

10 Reconnect black 6-pin connector of rear roller blind motor (M24x1) that was disconnected when removing the antenna amplifier wiring harness.

Only on vehicles with code (540) Electric roller blind for rear window.

11 Reconnect black 2-pin connector (13) of center high-mounted brake lamp that was disconnected when removing the antenna amplifier wiring harness.
12 Reattach heated rear window ground cable (14), which was detached when removing the antenna amplifier wiring harness, to the heated rear window ground (W13).

13 Route KEYLESS-GO antenna line (1.2) with blue 1-pin coupling (15) of antenna amplifier module wiring harness to KEYLESS-GO control unit (N69/5) and connect.

On vehicles with code (889) Keyless go.

14 Route antenna amplifier module wiring harness (1) along broken line at vehicle wiring harness (16) and fix in place using cable tie (arrows D).
15 Route antenna line (1.1) with black 1-pin coupling of antenna amplifier module wiring harness (1) to E-net compensator (A28/3) and connect.
16 Fix antenna line (1.1) in place on body (arrows C) using cable tie.
