Without DRL
OPERATIONBattery voltage is applied to the Headlamp Switch and Combination Switch at all times.
Low Beam Operation
When the Headlamp Switch is in the "HEAD" position, and the high beam switch is "OFF", voltage is applied to the Lo beam filaments through circuits LA13 (RH), LA14 (LH), and the normally closed contacts of the respective headlamp relays to the headlamps.
High Beam Operation
When the Headlamp Switch is in the "HEAD" position, with the high beam switch on, voltage is applied to left and right headlamp relay coils. The relays energize and apply voltage to the Hi beam filaments through circuits LA17 (RH) and LA18 (LH), the normally open contacts of the respective headlamp relays to the headlamps. The Hi beam indicator is in parallel with the right Hi beam filament and comes on with the Hi beams.
Flash To Pass Operation
When the Flash To Pass Switch is held, voltage is applied directly to the Hi beam headlamp filaments.
