^ Visually inspect the fuel vapor line and its connections for pinching, blockage, looseness, or other mechanical damage.

^ Is the fuel vapor line and its connections free of damage?

YES -- GO to EV5. EV 5 - Check Rollover/Vent Valve

NO -- REPLACE the fuel vapor line.
