IA1 - Check Air Cleaner Housing and Element Condition

- Inspect the air cleaner housing, inlet air ducts and connecting components for damage, blockage, looseness, or missing fasteners.

- Inspect the air cleaner element for dirt.

- Are the air cleaner housing and element free of damage and dirt blockage?

CAUTION: Do not use compressed air to clean the air cleaner element.

YES -- GO to IA2. IA2 - Check Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor

NO -- REPLACE component in question.
