Inspection

Lift the gasket from the plastic mounting tabs at the rear edge of the door(s), (Figure 1). Inspect the six (6) spot welds on each front door for signs of cracking, or door beam separation. If a cracking or no cracking condition exists, use procedure 1. If complete separation exists, use procedure 2.

NOTE:
IF A DOOR WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED BY SOME OTHER METHOD, IT STILL MUST HAVE THIS PROCEDURE PERFORMED USING THE SPECIAL TORX SCREWS.
