TRIM - INTERIOR - CARPET LIFTS AT RIGHT SLIDING SEAT TRACK

ISSUE
The carpet may lift at the right sliding seat track. This is generally found at pre-delivery. It is caused by variations in carpet fit during installation.

ACTION
When installing the floormats, tuck the carpet down. It is not necessary to perform any repairs.







Carpet lifting along the right sliding seat track in the sliding door area may occur, refer to Figure 1. It is due to variations in carpet fit during installation and will flatten after the floormats are installed. It is unnecessary to perform any repair for this condition.

NOTE
THE PRE-DELIVERY TECHNICIANS SHOULD BE INSTRUCTED TO TUCK THE CARPET DOWN AS THEY INSTALL THE FLOORMATS.
