FA3 Check Fuel Pump Relay

^ Key OFF.

^ Remove the fuel pump relay.





^ Follow the chart below and measure the resistance between the C-terminal and D-terminal.

Terminals A and B Resistance at C and D

12 volts applied less than 5 ohms

0 volts applied greater than 10,000 ohms

^ Are the resistance readings OK?

YES -- GO to FA4. FA4 Check Fuel Pump Relay to PCM Continuity

NO -- REPLACE the fuel pump relay.
