Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Description and Operation

PURPOSE
The Brake ON/OFF Switch controls main and high mount stop lamps and shift lock operation and provides signal to anti-lock brake control module.


OPERATION
The Brake ON/OFF Switch closes when the brake pedal is depressed and sends signal to the speed control module to disengage speed control when the brake pedal is depressed.
