REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the front wheel and tire assembly.






3. Remove the front brake antilock sensor bolt and pull the front brake antilock sensor from the front wheel knuckle.






4. Remove the two front brake antilock sensor cable bracket bolts and the two front brake antilock sensor cable brackets.






5. Remove the two front brake antilock sensor cable bracket-to-wheel well screws.






6. Push the front brake antilock sensor cable grommet through the wheel well.

7. Disconnect the front brake antilock sensor electrical connector in the engine compartment and pull the harness retainer from the body.
8. Remove the front brake antilock sensor from the vehicle.


INSTALLATION
1. Position the front brake antilock sensor in the vehicle. Attach it with the harness retainer in the engine compartment.

2. Connect the front brake antilock sensor electrical connector.

3. Install the front brake antilock sensor cable grommet in the wheel well.

4. Position the front brake antilock sensor cable on the wheel well and install the two front brake antilock sensor cable bracket-to-wheel well screws.

5. Position the two front brake antilock sensor cable brackets on the strut. Install the two front brake antilock sensor cable bracket bolts.

CAUTION: Do not force or use any tool to force the front brake antilock sensor into the mounting hole.

6. Position the front brake antilock sensor on the front wheel knuckle and install the brake antilock sensor bolt. Tighten the brake antilock sensor bolt to 11-15 N-m (124-133 lb-in).

7. Install the front wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 98-118 N-m (78-87 lb-ft).

8. Lower the vehicle.
