Shift Interlock: Testing and Inspection

BRAKE SHIFT INTERLOCK SYSTEM
1. Ensure gearshift lever is in Park position.
2. Turn ignition switch to ON position.
3. Ensure gearshift lever can not be moved from Park position.
4. Ensure gearshift lever can be moved when brake pedal is depressed.
