E3 Check Power Supply to High Cooling Fan Cntrl Relays 1 and 2

^ Key OFF.

^ Remove high fan control relays 1 and 2.

^ Key ON.

^ Measure the voltage on terminal 2 and terminal 5 at the high fan control relay 1 and 2 connectors.

^ Are the voltages greater than 10 volts?

YES -- Service the "BL/R" wire between the engine cooling fan motor and the high fan control relay 1 and/or 2.

NO -- Service the wire(s) in question.
