Safing Sensor: Description and Operation

The primary crash air bag sensor and the safing air bag sensor are incorporated into the air bag diagnostic monitor. The sensors are not serviceable components. The air bag diagnostic monitor, primary crash air bag sensor, and the safing air bag sensor are serviced as a complete assembly.
