Seat Back

DISASSEMBLY







1. Unhook the J-hook.







2. Remove the seat back trim to cushion tie-down wires.
1. Cut the hog rings.
2. Remove the seat back trim to cushion tie-down wires.







3. Disengage the hook and loop strips and pull the seat trim up to expose the lower row of hog rings.
^ Cut the hog rings.







4. Pull the seat trim up to expose the upper row of hog rings.
^ Cut the hog rings.
5. Remove the seat trim.







6. Remove the plastic bag.







7. Remove the seat back padding from the seat back frame.
1. Remove the J-hook.
2. Separate the glued padding from the side frame rails.
3. Remove the seat back padding from the seat back frame.







8. Remove the front seat back latch.
1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the front seat back latch.







9. Remove the plastic bag from the top of the seat back frame.







10 .Remove the front seat back pad adjuster.
1. Remove the zip tie.
2. Remove the tube.
3. Unhook the pad wires from the frame.
4. Remove the front seat back pad adjuster.

ASSEMBLY







1. Install the front seat back pad adjuster.
1. Position the front seat back pad adjuster.
2. Hook the pad wires to the frame.
3. Install the tube.
4. Install a new zip tie.







2. Install the plastic bag to the top of the seat back frame.







3. Install the front seat back latch.
1. Position the front seat back latch.
2. Install the bolts.







4. Install the seat back padding to the seat back frame.
1. Apply glue to the padding where the side frame rails set.
2. Install the seat back frame into the seat back padding.
3. Install the J-hook.







5. Install the plastic bag over the seat back.







6. Pull the seat trim onto the first grove in the seat and install the upper row of hog rings.







7. Pull the seat trim onto the second grove in the seat and install the lower row of hog rings.







8. Connect the hook and loop fastener to the seat trim.
1. Pull the seat trim the rest of the way down.
2. Reach up inside the seat and grab the plastic above the hook and loop. Remove enough plastic to expose the hook and loop.







9. Install the seat back trim to cushion tie-down wires.
1. Position the seat back trim and install the cushion tie-down wires.
2. Install the hog rings.







10. Hook the J-hook.
