Seat Base

DISASSEMBLY







1. Disconnect the seat base trim.
1. Unhook the inboard J-hook.
2. Unhook the outboard J-hook.
3. Unhook the rear J-hooks.
4. Unhook the front J-hook.







2. Remove the seat cushion trim.
^ Disconnect the seat trim from the hook and loop strips.







3. Remove the seat cushion.
^ Disconnect the front and rear J-hooks.







4. Remove the flexilator.
1. Remove the flexilator to frame springs.
2. Disengage the spring clip.
3. Disengage the flexilator hooks from the seat frame.
4. Remove the flexilator.

ASSEMBLY







1. Install the flexilator.
1. Position the flexilator.
2. Install the flexilator hooks to the seat frame.
3. Hook the spring clip.
4. Install the flexilator to frame springs.







2. Position the seat trim cover on the seat cushion hook and loop strips.
3. Invert the seat cushion trim.







4. Connect the seat base trim.
1. Hook the inboard J-hook.
2. Hook the outboard J-hook.
3. Hook the rear J-hook.
4. Hook the front J-hook.







5. Install the front seat inboard pivot bolt.

NOTE: Be sure to install the seat pivot washer between the seat base' and the seat back to allow for smooth operation of the seat back.







6. Install the front seat back latch to seat base bolts.







7. Hook the front seat cushion side cover into the clips.







8. Install the pushpin.







9. Install the front seat cushion side shield cover screw.







10. Install the front seat track front bolts.
1. Position the front seat track.
2. Install the inboard bolt.
3. Install the outboard bolt.







11. Install the front seat track rear bolts.
1. Install the inboard bolt.
2. Install the outboard bolt.







12. Install the safety belt buckle slide bar.
1. Position the safety belt buckle slide bar.
2. Install the nut.
3. Install the bolt.
13. Install the front seat.
