Rear 50/50 Split Bench Seat

DISASSEMBLY







1. Disconnect the seat back from the seat cushion.
1. Remove the nut to remove the link arm.
2. Remove the rear seat back link.







2. Disconnect the seat back cover.







3. Remove the rear seat link from the seat back.
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Remove the rear seat link.







4. Remove the seat back adjuster handle.
1. Remove the screw.
2. Remove the seat back adjuster handle.
5. Remove the headrest from the seat back.
^ Pull cover up enough to expose sleeves and springs.
^ Use fingers to pinch the headrest springs while removing headrest.







6. Remove the seat back cover.
^ Remove the pushpins.
7. Remove the seat back foam.







8. Remove the headrest restraint retainers.
^ Depress the tangs to release







9. Remove the latch assembly from the seat back.
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Remove the latch assembly.







10. Remove the seat cushion cover.
^ Remove the pushpins.







11. Remove the seat cushion.







12. Remove the leg pivots.
1. Remove the four bolts.
2. Remove the leg pivots.

ASSEMBLY

















1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
2. Install the leg pivots and four bolts. Tighten to specification.
