PC4 ROAD TEST THE VEHICLE- Drive the vehicle between 10 and 40 Km/h (6 and 30 mph) and observe ABS warning lamp.
- Perform an anti-lock stop.
- Does the ABS warning lamp ever come on while driving?
> Yes
If fault happens at or near 10 km/h (6 mph), concern is most likely found during pump check. Verify DTC code has been set. Go to the DTC index.
If fault happens while driving under 40 km/h (25 mph), the concern most likely is missing wheel speed sensor output. Verify DTC code has been set. Go to the DTC index.
If fault happens while driving under 40 km/h (25 mph), the concern most likely is an erratic wheel speed sensor output. Verify DTC code has been set. Go to the DTC index. Diagnostic Trouble Code Descriptions

If the vehicle has abnormal ABS or brake system operation, Go to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
If no abnormal operation or symptoms are detected, Verify no code (System is OK) is present.
