Transmission and Drivetrain: Description and Operation
The driveline transfers engine torque to the drive wheels. Power is transmitted through the transmission and then split by the transfer case through the front driveshaft to the front axle assembly which is connected to the front wheel driveshaft and joints.
The engine angle is built into the engine support insulators. If the engine angle is out of specification, the engine support insulators should be inspected for damage.
