Front

REMOVAL
1. Remove the roof headlining from the vehicle.







2. Pull off the LH or RH cowl side trim panel.
3. Pull out the end of the sliding roof panel frame drain hose from inside the A-pillar.
4. Attach mechanic's wire to the bottom of the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose.

NOTE: When removing the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose be sure to leave the mechanic's wire fed through the body for the installation procedure.

5. Remove the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose from the roof sliding panel housing.
6. Pull the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose, with mechanic's wire attached, from the vehicle, leaving enough mechanic's wire to install a new front sliding roof panel frame drain hose.
7. Remove the mechanic's wire from the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose.

INSTALLATION
1. Attach the mechanic's wire to the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose at the roof sliding panel housing.
2. Pull the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose down through the body until it is in its original position.
3. Apply Weatherstrip Adhesive E8AZ-19552-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESB-M2G14-A and install the front sliding roof panel frame drain hose to the roof sliding panel housing.
4. Install the roof headlining.
5. Install the LH or RH cowl side trim panel.
