Rear Bench Seat
REMOVAL1. Remove the center seat(s) if equipped.
2. Slide the bench seat forward to the center row seating position.
3. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to remove the cover caps from the front of the rear seat cushion latch cover.
4. Remove the two rear seat bolts from the front of the rear seat cushion latch cover.
5. Lift the rear seat cushion floor cover on the back of the rear bench seat and remove the two inboard rear seat bolts and the two outboard rear seat bolts.
6. Remove the bench seat from the vehicle through the body side door opening.
INSTALLATION
1. Before installing the bench seat into the vehicle, inspect the rear seat roller assemblies.
a. Ensure that the roller release cam sensor is not bent.
b. Apply grease to the roller release cam sensor and roller release.
2. Install the bench seat into the vehicle through the body side door opening to the center row seating position.
3. Carefully position the bench seat on the rear seat roller assemblies.
4. Loosely install the six rear seat bolts.
5. Position the front end of each seat roller outboard until they contact the rear seat track. Position the back of each seat roller inboard until they contact the rear seat track.
6. Tighten the rear seat bolts to 34-46 Nm (26-33 Lb Ft) in the sequence.
7. Install the cover caps on the front of the rear seat cushion latch cover.
8. Install the center seat(s).
