A/C Pressure Cut-Off Switch

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the A/C pressure cut-off switch electrical connector.

NOTE: The A/C pressure cut-off switch is located on the A/C compressor manifold. It is mounted on a Schrader valve, so the A/C pressure cut-off switch can be removed without discharging the A/C system.

3. Remove the A/C pressure cut-off switch from the A/C compressor manifold.
4. Inspect the A/C pressure cut-off switch for proper operation.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the A/C pressure cut-off switch to the A/C compressor manifold. Tighten the A/C pressure cut-oft switch to 7-12 N.m (61-107 lb-in).
2. Connect the A/C pressure cut-off switch electrical connector.
3. Connect the battery ground cable.
