Wheel and Tire Replacement
REMOVAL1. Loosen but do not remove the lug nuts.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove the wheel hub cap or wheel ornaments.
4. Remove the five lug nuts.
5. Remove the wheel and tire as an assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the wheel and tire assembly on the vehicle.
NOTE: To prevent the occurrence of corrosion, clean and inspect the wheel and mounting area.
2. Install the five lug nuts.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Tighten the lug nuts to 98-118 Nm (72-87 ft. lbs.).
CAUTION: When installing wheels, always use a torque wrench for final tightening of the lug nuts. Proper tightening of the lug nuts will prevent warping of the front disc brake rotor or brake drum and stretching of the lug bolt.
