This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose:
- Harness circuits: PWR, FPR
- Fuel pump relay
- Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

DESCRIPTION
The fuel pump relay is controlled by the PCM and is activated while the engine is cranking and running. The fuel pump relay supplies voltage to the fuel pump when activated.
