Cruise Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the console compartment door from the control console.
3. Remove the RH inner instrument panel lower cover and LH inner instrument panel lower cover.







4. Disconnect the speed control amplifier electrical connector.

CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.







5. Remove the two speed control amplifier bolts from the speed control amplifier.
6. Remove the speed control amplifier from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
