Intake Manifold

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Tighten the lower intake manifold-to-cylinder block nuts and Allen head bolts in the sequence shown in the following steps:
a. Tighten the lower intake manifold nuts and bolts to 3-5 Nm (26-43 inch lbs.).
b. Tighten the lower intake manifold bolts to 13-17 Nm (9-12 ft. lbs.) and the lower intake manifold-to-cylinder block nuts to 24-27 Nm (17-20 ft. lbs.).
c. Tighten the lower intake manifold bolts to 13-17 Nm (9-12 ft. lbs.) and the lower intake manifold nuts to 24-27 Nm (17-20 ft. lbs.).

Allen Head Upper Intake Manifold
to Lower Intake Manifold Bolts: 18-22 Nm (13-16 ft. lbs.)

Tighten the throttle body bolts in two steps.
- Step 1: 9-11 Nm (80-97 in lb).
- Step 2: 18-22 Nm (13-16 ft lb).
