Generator

1. Wipe the stator and coil, generator rotor, and generator front bearing with a clean cloth. Do not clean these parts with a solvent.

CAUTION: When rebuilding a generator, use only high-temperature bearings. The use of standard parts will result in generator failure.

2. Check the generator front and rear housings for cracks. Replace a cracked or damaged generator housing.
