Body Side Door Glass

REMOVAL







1. Remove the two body side door glass latch screws.







2. Remove the body side door glass trim.







3. Support the body side door glass and remove the two body side door glass hinge nuts.

CAUTION: Support the body side door glass before removing the two body side door glass hinge nuts. If the body side glass is not supported it may fall and break or cause damage to the vehicle.

4. Remove the body side door glass from the body side door.

INSTALLATION







1. Insert the two body side door glass studs into the two holes in the body side door. Loosely install the two body side door glass hinge nuts.







2. Loosely install the two body side door glass latch screws.
3. Adjust the body side door glass.







4. Tighten the body side door glass hinge nuts to 3.8-4.5 Nm (34-40 Lb In).







5. Install the body side door glass trim.







6. Tighten the two body side door glass latch screws to 3.8-4.5 Nm (34-40 Lb In).
