With 6-Way Power Seat (Except Limited)
DISASSEMBLY1. Remove the front seat track.
2. Remove the front seat cushion side cover screws.
3. Unclip the front seat cushion side cover.
CAUTION: Use care when disconnecting the seat cushion side shield from the seat track so the tabs on the seat cushion side shield are not damaged.
4. Remove the front seat cushion side cover.
1 Disconnect the seat control electrical connector.
2 Disconnect the front seat back pad adjusting pump motor electrical connector.
3 Disconnect the front seat back pad adjusting hose.
4 Remove the front seat cushion side cover.
5. Remove the front seat back latch to seat cushion bolts.
6. Remove the front seat inboard pivot bolt and separate the cushion from the back.
7. Remove the front seat back pad adjusting hose from the seat cushion.
ASSEMBLY
1. Install the front seat back pad adjusting hose into the seat cushion.
2. Install the front seat inboard pivot bolt.
NOTE: Be sure to install the seat pivot washer between the seat cushion and the seat back to allow for smooth operation of the seat back.
3. Install the front seat back latch to seat cushion bolts.
4. Install the front seat cushion side cover.
1 Position the front seat cushion side cover.
2 Connect the front seat back pad adjusting hose.
3 Connect the front seat back pad adjusting pump motor electrical connector.
4 Connect the seat control electrical connector.
5. Hook the front seat cushion side cover onto the clips.
6. Install the front seat cushion side shield cover screws.
7. Install the front seat track.
