Handle Effort, Rear Seat Track

Use the following steps to check the rear seat track adjusting handle effort.







1. Remove the rear seat rear adjusting handle.
2. Use a torque wrench to measure the rear seat track adjusting handle effort.
^ Record the torque value when the seat is first able to move.
^ Rear seat track adjusting handle effort should be 1-3 N.m (13-34 Lb-In).
3. Measure the rear seat track adjusting handle effort at all five locking positions.
